The EXCEL award can be earned at four levels: bronze, silver, gold and platinum, and each level has a prescribed set of requirements and accomplishments that have to be met. Branson Tri-lakes HR Association will receive recognition in SHRM publications and conferences, a certificate of recognition, and a special banner to display at its meetings and events.

The Branson Tri-Lakes HR Association works with our community of HR Professionals to provide growth and education to HR Professionals that are specific to our unique community of Branson, MO. We have a niche in the HR market where we can network and solve problems that are specific to our area. We also honor our community with reaching out to those that are entering the work force and help them to be ready to step in and make a difference.
