Jennifer Pyck, HR Generalist at Connell Insurance will be presenting on Employee Engagement and Onboarding. Jennifer will be speaking on Onboarding do’s and don’ts & how to stay relevant post 2020 and Retaining Strategies: Training leaders to build teams and keep your top talent
Jennifer is the HR Generalist at Connell Insurance. Currently, she supports Connell clients as an extension of their HR team for general HR questions, Risk assessments and Training support. Jennifer also coordinates and plans the Seminars hosted by Connell 4 times a year. She can add event planner as one of the hats she wears, even prior to joining Connell! After college, Jennifer began her career at CoxHealth in Springfield. She worked in various roles in the health system for 14 years. The last 4.5 years was in Center for Professional Development as the Leadership Development Consultant. This department was an extension of the HR team and fairly new to the health system. Between HR Leadership classes, main liaison for GO CAPS and taking over Systemwide Orientation, Jennifer wore several hats while at CoxHealth. In 2019 she left the health system and took a position as the Learning & Training Coordinator at Abacus CPAs prior to accepting a position at Connell in 2021.
