    Mercer has a wealth of resources and we can provide support in areas of health and benefits, wellness, retirement, financial wellness, mergers & acquisitions, talent, total compensation, etc. 

    Jack and I are just a short drive away in KC and we have groups that we work with all over Missouri. I find that many people are familiar with Mercer as a large consulting firm with big clients. We have many big clients but the bulk of our clients are actually smaller groups. We generally work with organizations with about 100 employees or more on benefits as a general rule. The bulk of our clients actually have about 250 employees. As the largest benefits consulting firm, we can tap into the experience that we have with all of these groups (big and small) to provide valuable information. We do a lot of research so that we can be on the forefront of thought leadership globally and our size allows us to provide access to vast resources at the local level.
