Fun Learning at June Branson Tri-Lakes HR Assoc
Well it wasn't just any old meeting at our June HR Association! Tim Eberle of The Leadership Ranch gave us quite a workout. Brain work out that is. Tim engaged us in some teambuilding exercises to show us how different members of a team work to get the job done.
Tim Eberle started developing the concept for The Leadership Ranch in the early 1990s. Through his experiences he showed us how leardership can be brought together at any age from teaching 2nd grade students to work together as a team to another member losing 170 lbs by what he learned though Tim's leadership.
