Join us as Dr. Alex Cobb presents on "The H Stands for Human - Practicing HR with HeaRt".
This session will focus on a critical issue facing the Human Resource profession: our relationship and reputation with our workforce and leadership. Human Resources touches and has impact on some of the most important aspects of an employee’s life: the birth of a child (benefits and leave), the living that supports their family (wage and raises), personal and professional growth (training), etc. How can we possibly fulfill this role if our employees do not trust us? Yet every survey taken demonstrates that general employees do not trust HR personnel. This must change! Come join the Revolution! Participants will have direct opportunity to reflect on their work places and to make plans for effecting change that restore honor and trust to the HR profession.
