    The Branson Tri-Lakes Human Resources Association wants to help you grow…your knowledge.

    Did you know when someone is terminated for being under the influence, courts look at whether management has had formal certification in Reasonable Suspicion Recognition?  Put your company in the best stead to assert your 'know it when you see it' by sending management to this engaging and informative training.

    At the end of the session, attendees will:

    1. Know some of the behavioral, physical and emotional signs and impacts of drug and alcohol use on an individual as well as:
      1. Recognize paraphernalia associated with the use of drugs
      2. Become aware of the negative impact of various levels of alcohol concentration in the human body by using learning tools (e.g., beer goggles)
      3. Recognize other signs of potential substance misuse/use in the workplace
      4. Identify some of the dangers associated with the usage of drugs and alcohol
    2. Learn different evaluation methods as well as documentation procedures
    3. Understand current trends and how they impact safety in the workplace

     

    You will also receive an informational manual for future reference. The manual includes information presented during the workshop, a sample documentation form, and sample wording.
