Kate Gallen, Shareholder at Polsinelli, will discuss the current political climate and recent changes to the law as it relates to employment and HR.
Kate Gallen advises clients on a wide variety of workplace issues, including employee leaves of absence, disability accommodations, religious accommodations, and conducting workplace investigations. Kate strives to ensure employers meet their business goals. Kate also strategically and creatively defends employers in all types and at all stages of litigation, including in state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
Prior to joining Polsinelli, Kate was a law clerk for the Honorable Mary Russell of the Supreme Court of Missouri. She attended the University of Missouri Law School, where she was the Managing Editor of the Missouri Law Review.
