Join us as Stephanie Cumley, takes a close look at different leadership styles and how these impact our workplace. We will also discuss what makes a good leader, how to train managers to become great leaders, and how you as an HR professional can lead and influence others.

Stephanie Cumley is a HR Consultant with Vihrtual. As an HR Professional with more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Stephanie’s focus is to help companies become compliant with employment law regulations and to provide strategic support in all areas of HR so clients can meet their business objectives. Over the past 7 years as an HR Advisor, she has supported multiple companies in various industries including banking, manufacturing, engineering, health care, non-profits, restaurants, pharmaceuticals, construction, and technology services, among others.
She graduated from Missouri State University (MSU) with a bachelor’s degree and continued her education by completing the Human Resources Certificate Program through the Management Development Institute (MDI) at MSU. She is a SHRM Certified Professional and earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification with the Human Resource Certification Institute.
