Hayley is an experienced Human Resources Director with a demonstrated history of working in the distribution, manufacturing, recruiting and staffing industries. Excellent skills in Recruiting, Employee and Labor Relations, FMLA, Interviewing, and Payroll. Strong human resources change agent with a Bachelor of Science Degree focused in Management; has PHR certificate.
