     Jeffrey Schmedeke, Assistant Director, Management Development Institute, Missouri State University will present the February program on Succession Planning and Generational Shifts.  Join us and learn:

    1. What on earth is succession planning, really, and can it be done well?

    2. Can’t quite see the future in your process? You’re not alone!

    3. Generational shifts in the developed world will change our economy forever.

    4. Finding leaders to carry on the company mission is a now a global search for talent.

     Directions:  From the Hwy 65 Exit at Hollister, go west towards College of the Ozarks, and make a left at the stop light in front of the college.   Follow Historic Hwy 165 to OTC.  You will see the sign and parking lot on your left.  We meet on the 4th floor.
