Dr. Shelly Farnan, Bailey Pyle, Lexie Costa will be speaking about HR and Mental Health.  As HR have cared for your teams and adapted to so many uncertainties and changes in the past three years, how are you, the HR leader? Whether you are burned out, languishing, navigating effectively, or just getting by, Be Well is here to facilitate care and healing connection for YOU!

Brain health is a foundational component of human health and wellness. Just like breathing, we feel and experience emotions constantly. The world we live in and our experiences directly affect our work, businesses, families, health, and communities. You deserve brain wellness in all of these spaces so you can arrive as your most authentic self. Despite all we know as experts about their importance, our own brain health and emotional wellness are often avoided, minimized or neglected altogether

The Be Well Experience will focus on experiencing brain wellness in the moment and in healing connection among participants, putting brain science into action in real-time. HR professionals will be guided through self-assessment, developing a brain wellness plan and identifying self-care strategies that are effective in distress reduction and resilience building. All of these elements assist you in experiencing release and developing a greater capacity to regulate and serve – changing lives and brains for the better.

In this experience, evidence-based practices, such as pre- and post-experience self-assessment, mindfulness meditation, facilitation of anonymous expression, self-care experiences and idea-sharing, will be utilized. What happens as a result? HR professionals returning to your various teams, with your own self-care top of mind and a brain health plan in development.
