Psychology of Diversity explores the individual and organizational influences on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. This presentation will combine psychology and DEI principles to portray the interconnected systems that advance equitable practices in organizations. Attendees can expect to connect individual responsibility with business and community commitment in ways that enable a fully inclusive environment.
