    Communicating Across Generations – Colleen Neill, MSAS, MA, CAP, OM, CRS-D/C

    During this presentation we will glimpse and discuss the following:

    • Assessing and analyzing the diversity that each generation brings to the workplace.
    • Exploring and discussing life events impacting communications across generations.
    • Examining how an enhanced knowledge of generational communication assists in recruiting, training, retention and understanding your workforce.
    • Discussing how to create collaborations, make connections, and thrive in a generationally diverse workplace.

     

    Brief Bio of Colleen Neill: United Way 2-1-1 SWMO Community Partnerships Coordinator, and sole proprietor of Neill Communications.  Colleen earned her Master of Science in Administrative Studies and her Master of Arts in Communication from MSU, and her BS in Communication/PR from Drury University.  She has served in many capacities including Adjunct Professor at OTC, Ozarks Alliance President, and District Manager of Junior Achievement.  She is highly skilled in conducting training presentations, and additional former employers include Great Southern and Sprint.  Colleen resides in Galena, Missouri.
