Tim Eberle created The Leadeship Ranch about ten years ago continuing a wide variety of educational, work and life experiences. A graduate of Southwest Missouri State University with a degree in Wildlife Management, Tim's experiences include working with "at risk" youth and climbing towers on major construction projects; all with an eye to his next nature adventure and owning his own farm-hideout. Finally he found forty-four acres in Republic Missouri. Over time Tim became enamored with the concept of Ropes Challenge courses, their ability to tangibly contribute to a person's ability within a group and in life. Instead of hiding out on his farm Tim built a Ropes Course originally called the Reata Ranch, renamed as The Leadership Ranch. Tim may say he's a recluse but he is now one of the most well known, well respected recluses in the area.

Attached is a link to the 2016 Enrollment Form that you can bring with you to our first meeting! Reminder: If you pay the Annual Amount of $150 in January, you pay for all the meetings, plus the annual seminar, and the annual Holiday luncheon. That's a savings of $65!
Directions: From Hwy 65, take the Hollister Exit and go East towards Walgreen's. Go straight through the stoplight at Walgreen's into the Industrial Park and TCAD is the 2nd building on the left, counting the corner building.
