No business, regardless of size or location, is immune to the countless problems caused by substance abuse. When under the influence while at work, employees can jeopardize workplace safety and endanger lives. This interactive session will provide basic tools on how to recognize and address drug and alcohol abuse in the workplace.

He has been with ESS since December 2000, serving as a collection technician, field manager, breath alcohol technician and drug collection trainer, and operations manager. John is a 1979 graduate of Baptist Bible College, where he met his wife of 36 years, Carol. They reside north of Springfield, Missouri, have two grown children and two grandchildren. John has been involved in public speaking for over 35 years.
