Colleen Neill, our new Chapter President, will conduct a presentation on Soft Skills The meeting will be held at Skaggs Regional Medical Center.
As you prepare for your new season, we'll discuss the various soft skill weaknesses and possible solutions to address these issues: Attitude, Communication, Teamwork, Problem Solving, Professionalism. Come prepared to offer your view on your biggest area of need so that we can together work towards solutions that strengthen our workforce.
Brief Bio of Colleen Neill: Currently serving as Interim Director of Career Services for Everest College, Colleen earned her Masters in Communications and Administrative Studies from MSU, and her BS in Communication/PR from Drury University. She has served in many capacities including Adjunct Professor at OTC and District Mgr of Junior Achievement. She is very skilled in conducting training and presentations, and additional former employers include Great Southern and Sprint. Colleen resides in Galena, Missouri.
